The MBA scheme / programme is divided into four semesters (two semesters in each year). Every semester ordinarily shall be of 24 week of duration inclusive of teaching, examination and holidays. First and third semesters will commence in the first week of August, second and fourth semesters will start in first week of February every year.

Summer Training

At the end of the second semester, all students will have to undergo six week summer training with an industrial, business or service organization by taking up a project study. The condition of successfully completing the programme shall not be deemed to have been satisfied unless a student undergoes summer training and submits a report thereon to the department and Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra. Each student will be required to submit a training report to the faculty member (Supervisor) within one month of the commencement of the third semester for the purpose of evaluation. The training report and seminar thereon shall have equal weightage of 50 marks each.
